I’ve spent years having conversations with people in coffee shops, hallways, DMs and everyday moments about the things they’re thinking about doing, changing or becoming.

I’ve also spent years doing it myself.

I’ve built a career, written a book, raised a family, started things, changed direction, followed intuition, made practical plans, had things flop and figured out what to do next.

I don’t believe life has to become perfectly quiet before you pay attention to yourself.

I created Pull Up because sometimes we just need a little room to finish the conversation.
